  • Property Managers (CPM® or RPA®), with excellent written and oral communication skills, sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi.
  • Building Engineers with knowledge of all phases of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry, good verbal and written skills, as well as computer skills for energy management systems.
