CEO
 Sabine Gaedeke Stener oversees the leasing and marketing operations of Gaedeke Group as well as the asset management activities of the Gaedeke Holdings, Ltd. portfolio.
Prior to founding the firm in 1995, Ms. Stener served as the Director of Marketing for a major division of Bertelsmann AG, one of the world's largest international multimedia companies.
Ms. Stener received her MBA in Marketing, Psychology and International Management from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
President
 Glenn S. Lickstein has been a member of the Gaedeke Group senior management team since the firm was founded in 1995.
From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Lickstein was responsible for the treasury and accounting functions of Performance Properties, LLC. Prior to 1991, he handled tax, investor reporting, management information systems, cash and risk management for SHL Management Company's portfolio
of over 10,000 apartment units and two million square feet of office space. Mr. Lickstein is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
Executive Vice President, Property Operations
 Mark H. Reed has been a member of the Gaedeke Group senior management team since the firm was founded in 1995.
He is responsible for property operations including budgeting, capital improvements, engineering, security, lease administration, contract negotiations and collections. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reed served as Vice President of Operations for Prime Property Management Company
and as a Property Manager for Trammell Crow Company. He is certified as a Real Property Administrator and has a bachelor's degree in Geology from Texas Tech University.
Vice President of Leasing
 Kirk R. Fetter has been part of the Gaedeke Group senior management team
since 1997. He has more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience
representing landlords for the leasing of office buildings primarily in the
Orlando/Tampa/Miami market. Mr. Fetter is currently responsible for over 1.6
million square feet of Gaedeke Group properties in Orlando, Tampa, Miami,
West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Washington, D.C. He holds a Florida Real
Estate Broker License and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
