Kirk R. Fetter has been part of the Gaedeke Group senior management team since 1997. He has more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience representing landlords for the leasing of office buildings primarily in the Orlando/Tampa/Miami market. Mr. Fetter is currently responsible for over 1.2 million square feet of Gaedeke Group properties in Miami, West Palm Beach, Nashville, and Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida.
