Worth-Arlington area, the rate of foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans
was 0.9 percent for the month of June, an increase of 0.3 percentage points
compared to June 2007. Comparatively, foreclosure activity in
The mortgage delinquency
rate for the Fort Worth-Arlington market also increased in June, according to
the research company. The number of mortgage loans that were 90 days or more
delinquent in June was 3.7 percent compared to 3 percent for the same period
last year.
Staffing
company leases office space in NRH
Aerotek Inc., a Maryland-based staffing company, has leased
8,291 square feet of space in
As Aerotek’s sixth office in the Metroplex,
the company will occupy the fifth floor of the 139,000-square-foot, nine-story
office tower.
The property is
owned, leased and managed by Dallas-based Gaedeke Group.
According to
Belinda Dabliz, Gaedeke Group’s vice president of leasing, Aerotek
signed a 73-month lease.
Aerotek was represented in the transaction by Colliers
International Executive Vice President Mary Stoner Yost and Executive Vice
President/Principal L. Jamie Smith.
