Mortgage company signs space

MBI Mortgage Inc., a
subsidiary of MBI Financial Inc., has leased 6,900 square feet at 1600 Airport
Freeway in
The move is part of
MBI Financial’s efforts to consolidate its regional mortgage companies into a
separate operation.
The space is located
in the Forest Ridge Plaza, which is owned by Dallas-based Gaedeke Holdings II
Ltd. MBI Mortgage will occupy space in the five-story, 57,000-square-foot
building, which is 90 percent leased. Tenants include State National Bank,
North Hills Medical Research Inc. and Riviera Finance of Texas Inc.
Belinda Dabliz with
the Gaedeke Group represented Gaedeke in the transaction; the tenant was
self-represented.
