History Maker moves HQ to NRH

History Maker Homes is moving its headquarters from Fort Worth to Richland Corporate Centre in North Richland Hills. The company, which employs about 50, will take occupancy of the space at 9001-9003 Airport Fwy. on Sept. 1.

The homebuilder's 19,500-square-foot lease provides plenty of room for expansion, said Nelson Mitchell, president. "We'll have 1,200 housing starts this year, up 20% over 2005," he said. "This building gives us the flexibility to adjust as we grow."

The deal takes the property to 95% leased. Belinda Dabliz with landlord Gaedeke Group put the transaction together.
