S.R. Allison & Associates added 3,062 square feet to its 1,943 square-foot office lease in Richland Corporate Center at 9001 Airport Freeway in North Richland Hills, which is owned by Gaedeke Group. Belinda Dabliz with Gaedeke Group represented the landlord. Bill Dowd of Dowd Commercial represented the tenant.
