Forest Ridge Plaza Gaining New Headquarters Tenant

The newly formed Prism Midstream LLC has selected Forest Ridge Plaza in Bedford as its home for the development of midstream energy infrastructure for emerging oil and natural gas plays throughout North America.

Prism's founders Bob Dunn and Gene Adams have leased 3,000 sf from Gaedeke Group LLC for a portion of the top floor of the five-story mid-rise office building at 1600 Airport Freeway. The class A office will be ready to occupy Nov. 1.

Prism's founders and their independent broker, Judith Dunn, were drawn to the Mid-Cities for its accessibility to Dallas and Fort Worth, staying focused on location and unfazed by the expansion of Texas 183.

The 57,754-sf Forest Ridge Plaza's proximity to all freeways, stretching in all directions, has proven to be a chief consideration by companies seeking quality suburban office space with urban amenities, such as on-site management, full-service banking center and choice selection of nearby restaurants and retail. Also close by is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Gaedeke's new tenant and Energy Spectrum Partners VI LP, a private equity fund that makes direct investments in the oil and natural gas industry, recently acquired two Texas Gulf Coast natural gathering systems. In another partnership, Prism and an affiliate of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP have bought Pecos Valley Producer Services LLC, which provides gathering, processing and transloading services in Reeves County, Texas, as a support for Permian Basin operations.
